had the GEMS test today.. it went well.. ya, esp for some qns, needed some prompting from the tester.. had 2 role plays.. the EMRS guy, acted as my customers.. "trying to make my life difficult".. haa.. ok lah.. at least went well and the tester says i am friendly and have a gd tone of voice.. :D
